Cyanotype & Curtain— a Relational Aesthetics Project 藍印與簾—關係美學作品

A community art project, “Cyanotype Workshops” engaged locals from all walks of life in the AIR programe at Shigaraki, Japan,  allowing the artist and participants to explore possibilities of blue print techniques and share the fun together. “Curtain” is a relational aesthetic artwork corresponding to the blue print made by the people I knew there. The sensation of each person was carved on a tile of Shigaraki Translucent Clay. The tiles made up a curtain; with the light, stories of our contact shown.
